This is the sixth year I collaborate with the Fresh Film Festival in creating their image. It is always a great project to be involved in and it is funny that it has its own life when it comes to designing its image. They are all different but they also relate to each other.
The image is a fully digital vector one. Developed in Illustrator, this year I’ve tried not to resource to textures. I quite like the result.

My first etching in Blackstack Studio… Actually, my first etching ever anywhere… Not sure I’ll continue down this road. I love the idea of acid bitting into metal, but I think I prefer meshes, ink and squeegees…
